Description
Leg cramp is a sudden, involuntary muscle contraction which causes pain in the affected muscle. Typically cramps occur in the calves, thighs and arches of the foot. Leg cramps are common in people over 50 years of age, but they are also familiar to athletes. Typically, leg cramps occur especially at night. Muscle cramps are caused by the involuntary, spontaneous activation of alpha motor neurons, causing the muscle to contract suddenly.
Crampixon is an effective combination of magnesium and vitamin B complex for cramps. The tablet contains highly absorbable magnesium citrate and clinically tested vitamin B complex, and its composition is developed to affect both muscles and the nervous system: Magnesium plays a key role in regulating muscle contraction which makes it an important mineral for normal muscle and nerve function. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 are essential for normal functioning of the nervous system.
