Reclamation instructions for Pharmacies

If there is a reasonable doubt that the product isn’t suitable for the client or if there is a reason to suspect adverse reaction or you are not fully satisfied with the product please contact us and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.

Returning the product and product claims

For the product claims please contact us by e-mail: [email protected] (in Finnish or English). You can also contact your local Vitabalans contact person.

Add to your e-mail the following information:
– product name, serial number and amount of products you need to return
– delivery or order date and number if possible
– detailed description and reason for a claim
– contact details for pharmacy/retailer (company name, address, email and phone number)
– contact details (name, email, phone) for the person, who is returning the product

Use the electronic form in the following circumstances:
product return has a product error or possible adverse reaction

Urgent product error suspicions  

When the product error suspicions are urgent you can also contact us via phone +358 3 615 600. Outside the working hours please use the following number +358 500 476 321.

E-mail needs to be sent or padverse reaction suspicion form have to be filled in even when you have notified us via phone.

If you are suspecting adverse reaction please fill in the electronic adverse reaction notification form:

If you have questions about products please contact your sales representative. You can also send your question with the form you can find under the text. Your question will be sent to a correct person. We aim to answer the questions within a few working days.
