Unital Plus 1,9 mg is a more versatile melatonin supplement with a 4 in 1 composition. Melatonin reduces the time taken to fall asleep, L-theanin relaxes and calms the mind, magnesium affects the function of the nervous system and vitamin B6 and magnesium affect hormonal function.
Melatonin helps to reduce the time to fall asleep
Melatonin is a hormone involved in the regulation of sleep-wake rhythm, the secretion of which begins in the evening, peaking between 11pm and 3am. Melatonin lowers body temperature and alertness, causing a tired state of wakefulness before falling asleep. Melatonin supplement starts to affect in about half an hour and makes it easier to fall asleep.
L-Theanine soothes and relaxes
L-Theanine is a water-soluble amino acid isolated from green tea. Green tea has a long history of use for relaxation. The amount of L-theanine in Unital Plus 1.9 mg is equivalent to about four cups of green tea. L-Theanine has a calming, relaxing and stress-relieving effect. In a stressful stage an overactive nervous system makes it difficult to fall asleep and sleep can be restless. L-Theanine helps to calm down and relax before going to bed and supports natural sleep.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 are important for the nervous system and hormonal function
Magnesium and vitamin B6 affect the normal functioning of the nervous system and are important nutrients for brain function. Vitamin B6 affects the body’s hormonal function, such as the normal production of neurotransmitters in the brain.
Usage
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Dosage
For adults 1 tablet a day. Swallow with water.
To reduce the time to fall asleep: 1 tablet is taken close to bedtime.
