Vita B12 + Folic acid lozenge is a combination of vitamins that support the well-being of memory and mind. Strong supplement contains 1 mg of vitamin B12 and 400 µg of folic acid. The lozenge is flavored with spearmint and sweetened with tooth-friendly xylitol.
In food vitamin B12 is found only in foods of animal origin, such as meat, fish, dairy products, and eggs. Vitamin B12 in Vita B12 + Folic acid supplement is produced by microbes and is therefore also suitable for vegans. Folic acid is a synthetic form of folate used in dietary supplements. From food, folate is mostly obtained from vegetables, fruits and berries, as well as whole grain products. Particular attention should be paid to the intake of vitamin B12 and folate, especially in the elderly. The most common cause of vitamin B12 deficiency is malabsorption, which becomes more common with age. Deficiency of folate is most often reflected with insufficient intake of whole grain products and vegetables, fruits and berries.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Contains sweeteners. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
Dosage
For adults 1 lozenge daily. Let the tablet slowly dissolve in the mouth.
