Vitamin E plays a key role in muscle functions, oxygen metabolism, energy production, hormone functions, breeding and resistance. Physical stress also raises the need for vitamin E. In muscle growth, vitamin E improves muscle anaerobic activities, which is especially useful for competing/race horses. After the competition vitamin E makes it easier for muscles to recover from stress.
BE vitamin supplement is also beneficial for laying mares and foals.Vitamin E raises the antibody content of the first milk, which increases the foal’s immune system and strengthens its muscles.
