Description
Food Preservation Tablet is ideal to be used in home canning to preserve fruits, berries and vegetables. Preserving is a great way to maintain the nutritional value and flavours of food harvested in the summer. Package contains recipes for canned berries, fruits, mushrooms and vegetables.
USAGE
Use ½–1 Food Preservation Tablet per 1 kg or l of ready preparation, depending on the storage conditions. 20 tablets is enough for 20–40 kilograms or litres.
Dissolve the tablet in a small amount of hot water and add to the preparation just before bottling or canning.
